Mileage & Travel Area
Fair mileage within Greater London is included for normal chauffeur and as-directed use.
If your plans involve travel outside London, another city, or approximately 2 hours or more of continuous motorway or dual carriageway driving, please contact us before booking. Additional charges may apply depending on the itinerary.
Additional Time
Need longer than 6 hours? Additional chauffeur time is £30 per hour, subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability.
Flexible Cancellation
Cancel more than 2 hours before your scheduled start time for a full refund.
For cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled start time, only the applicable first-hour charge will be retained and the remaining balance refunded.
